Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time (2pm) or will be charged the full amount of your stay. No show guests will also be charged the full amount for their stay.
Peak Season Cancellations – includes Christmas, New Years, January, Easter, Long Weekends, School Holidays and Special Events all require 14 days cancellation. Cancellation within 14 days of intended day of arrival is subject to 100% of the booking. Modification of bookings with 1 week of arrival may incur extra charges. Peak season bookings made within 14 days of check in will be charged for your full stay at time of booking.
Group bookings of 5+ rooms are required to pay a deposit of the first night of accommodation for all rooms to confirm the booking. If your group stay is for one night only, 50% of your stay requires payment to confirm your booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days + in advance to get a refund. Group bookings have extended cancellation policies which will be specifically advised at the time the booking is confirmed. Group Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the managers after an assessment has been made as to any likely disruption to other guests. Please contact us to discuss group bookings.
